Controlling the decision-making and implementation of these decisions means to clearly define for yourself which hands are worth playing and which ones are not, and clearly follow your decision.
It is very difficult sometimes to discard cards that in your opinion are very promising, deciding to raise or end participation in the current hand. The conclusion is that self-control is one of the components for victory.
Nobody will tell you what to do and when. You must solve this for yourself!
Example: let's say you have KK on your hands, you raise, which is answered confidently. On the table is 5 2 and A. You continue to raise, which is answered by re-raise. It's hard to fold K, but it's often better to believe that the opponent still has a pair of A А. I lost many times when I continued to play.:(

If your bet is increased, then it is fold, you should understand that the opponent rarely bluffs. It's better to fold the card and pick it up another time!

Yes you are right! Few bluffs ...

Unfortunately people play any sort of cards at low levels. Lets say they have A4o or something. Some would go all in with that, others will re raise preflop, there is no way of knowing. Unless you hold top pair top kicker post flop, you just have to believe they have it. Maybe check and see what they do and if they bet small you can take a chance they have paired their lower card. I try to keep pot size small in these situations and go for showdown. Hope this helps!
