Rush poker strategy

has anyone placed in those freerolls? if so how did you play in that tourney, their hard to play cuz u dont know if its a donk or a tight player raising. I usually lose with pockets or something gay, but i never last that long in those tourneys, although only played like 4 or 5, but its hard when you dont know their tendencies

first of .. you need luck.. luck luck luck..
In the early stages you have to look for the best hand immediately ..
cause the blinds are still small.. just fold fold fold..
till you get KK or AA or AQ or AK.. it's up to you if you shove all in..

they should call it luck poker, i go all in with pocket jacks, i get called with KQ, and he flops a king, and then next tourney someone goes all in with pocket Jacks, and i call with AK, and lose again... its a joke

its a good strategy, but im doing the satellite to the big little tournament, and it starts out with 300 chips, it seems impossible, i fold crap hands but they always seem to win, and if i go all in with pockets or 2 face cards, i always get dominated or sucked out, and i can never get a suck out on them, after 5 tries im just gonna do the fr for fun, plus your strategy work well in a cash buy in, they get more tight, playing for 5ftp and got to place 1-2 to get a spot in a tourney, people play more loose

I am going to try an All in or Fold strategy next time I catch a rush freeroll. Playing Hands Only on the button or next to the button with no raisers unless I have a Premium hand.

The only real way to win rush poker is to be insanely bold... And a hell of a lot of luck but since you're talking the tourneys you have to think about everyones mindset to double up really quickly but pocket pairs are probably a good way to go cause its not good to take those risks with ak aq etc...

i like to play tight and play aggresive when i get goood hands...its really hard to trya nd read people at these games so i keep it tight...unless i am invovled with someone for along period of time and i have a good read on them

Blind steal too.. make sure if you blind steal.. you have position...

A 2-8 it .. if you don't get lucky.. blind stealing is the answer..
steal when your in the button and no one calls behind you.. maybe raise 3 times the blind..hope this helps.. worked for me a lot
