How do you think about action of Hero?

Personally I think the hero should have sent out a feeler bet maybe a 3rd or half pot as there was already a straight or a flush possible

If the villain calls or raises it gives the hero opportunity to get away from the hand or at least think a little more about the villains range as a possible 2 pair and ultimately the set (which wins) are already possibly there

Would also depend on how the villain is playing and if the hero has a read on him

I think it's fine with ~20BBs
I think however you played this hand you were going to lose all your chips.
Technically you can get into the "what is villain calling with" debate. But I think with ~20BBs it is what it is.
3X raise preflop with 2 limpers is too small, but the end would be the same anyway imo.

TT should have raised preflop, AQ should have jammed, and TT should have called. The result would then have been the same. Just a standard "flip", which AQ lost this time.
