I started reading Doyle Brunson's Super/System yesterday and while it provides some good insights into aggressive play, I suppose it's a big dated and many of his tricks only work in live games, not in online games.

What are some other good books on aggressive play? I'm talking about intermediate level, I know the odds and have a very vague idea about the most "bluffable" boards and how to read the opponents, but I'd like to improve that and also know how to play back at other aggressive players that bet before me or reraise me.

I think Super system is outdated. Advices like to play your 75 on A86 very aggressive to get somebody to fold AK or to run over your table are not working in most cases.

I would say that every good poker book teaches aggressive play because passive play doesn't win money.

I have read Theory or practice by Sklansky and Professional No limit Holdemby Miller, Mehta and Flynn. The second book have in the first chapter basics like pot odds but it has good advanced ideas too.

Profesional No Limit holdem is one of the best.

Small stakes No limit holdem is also good(same authors).

Harrington on Cash Games are all good.

Pretty much all poker books are dated. Even in the three I recommend, you'll see silly things like "people online playing 200nl aren't really aggressive so by cbetting regularly you should be able to turn a profit. . . . " In my opinion, once you've read a few books, you'll probably learn more from cc and personal trial and error than by reading ten more books.
