Recommend 3-Bet Light, 4-Bet Ranges

What do you recommend to 3-bet light and 4-bet range?
Do you think it is worth using a light 4-bet?

Hi, a light 3bet and sometime 4bet is best to be done with AT+ and A2-A5 suited since you block As and have equity to flop Something good, KQ is decent since you block AK and AQ but most people won't 4-bet AQ anyway.
