Zynga poker is alright for Turbo SnG training. For cash games it isn't good for 2 reasons:
Firstly, multi-tabling is physically impossible. The software literally only allows single tabling and you should be 3-4 tabling (not more not less) for true efficiency in cash games depending on how awake/alert you are feeling.
Second of all, the tables don't train you for real tables because they hide the population of tables on the lobby screen so tables don't fill. In other words, people have to randomly enter tables of size 0 or 5 (not 6, 5) and this means very often 9-max tables are really played as 6-max and 5-max are really 3-max or headsup flop shows in most hands you will play on them.
Last but not least, if you choose 'normal speed' instead of 'fast' it's unberable when people go AFK because it doesn't time them out properly, they just stay there timing out over and over.
