What is the range of hands that the average player use to do a open raise when the table came in fold in each situation?

This how I default play full ring without any information when folded to me.

early postion TT+ AK

middle position 77+ AQ+ KQ+

cutoff most broadways, any pair

button all broadways and pairs and some other cards.

This is a very tight range and some would consider it NIT. If you see somebody playing around 10-15% of hands that is probably how they are playing.

As for average players, I am not sure. when people start playing over 30% of hands or so it gets to hard to assign a range at all.
