Whats the chances of my opponent hitting this flop Jh 2s 4h if his opening range is

AA-22 (78)
AKs-A2s, KQs-KJs, QJs-54s (88)
AKo-AJo, KQo-KJo, QJo (96)

Total hands 262

Is it just a matter of taking out all the Jack holdings, pocket 4's, pocket 2's and 54s then comparing it to the total number of hands?

JJ, 44, 22
AJs
AJo
QJs
QJo
54s

62 out of 262 or is it 36 out of 262 because the Jh, 2s, 4h are taken out

Thanks

3 each for sets (9)
12 combos each of AJ,QJ (24)

33 total.

In other words you remove the flop cards from the equation.
