pt3 probs

i have pt3 trial version and on my ipker games its great and useful etc ,but i have a pokerstars account with a different username that pt3 wont recognise it sees every other player and gives them stats but wont see mine (weird ) i am a bit of a div as far as software is concerned can anyone help me out please?

Hey man, whats your username on stars?? I think PT3 has a bit of trouble with usernames that start with /|\ those kind of things, do you know how to alias your username from stars with your username on ipoker??

my username is rendell53 ,its weird mate ,it wont read or collate any data on me but it gives stats on everyone else ,i suspect its something simple i have not done but i have looked all over the software trying to rectify it, it seems to not recognise me it collects data for about 2 hands then just stops ,i might email them ,maybe thatll help! give us a shout next time your free and we can go down to the sundat tourny at that pub in kett i was talking about !! its only a fiver rebuy and 80-90% who play are not high level guys so you have a v good chance of winning or at least doing well!!(thats not saying im a great player or anything,)

also no i dont know how to alias my username from stars with my username on ipoker ! thats what the problem is !!you got it in one pal , im pretty confident thats what the prob is ,ive got to sort it as i need the stats ,if you know how to fix it it would be cool

Ok, i'll try and explain this as best i can lol,

In the top right corner of PT screen there's a 'Settings' button, go into that, the first section in that box should be a 'Screen Name -My Screen Name' section, click search and select your screen name, this will now be the player who's stats load up on startup, click apply and go back to the main screen 'General' tab.

I don't know if you have to click refresh to bring up the players stats you just selected but click refresh anyways lol, in the box in the top right there should be a bit with your screen name and site, to the left hand side of that box there's a blue underlined 'Edit' link, click that, click add and type in the other username that you have, click add and it'll say something like, are you sure you want to alias this name to the other username, this might take a while if you have a large database, just click ok and it should do it.

I don't know if it's because you have the trial version and theyve taken some features away though, in the player list on the left can you see both usernames at all??

I go back down to aldershot about 2 o'clock on sunday afternoons normally so making that tourny is a bit hard for me tbh, when i'm home for proper leave though i'll be able to make it, next time i'm home for a while is over easter time so we'll sort something out then man.
