Just a quick question regarding PokerTracker. How exactly is agression factor worked out? I use it a fair amount when having to make major decisions and was wondering exactly what my decision-making is based on.

As an aside apart from VP$IP, PF and AF what other stats do you find most useful (in cash and tourney).

Thanks

AF is calculated as: bets+raises/calls

c-bet % and fold to c-bet % are both incredibly useful. obviously c-betting situations come up a lot from either side, so knowing who to c-bet and whose c-bets to raise/float is a huge help

another one i like is went to showdown %. if it's very low they can probably be bluffed off of decent hands with enough pressure, if it's very high they can probably be value bet to death

Yeah, I like to use the fold percentages on different streets. This helps identify players who like to see flops but can easily be c-bet off their hand. It also identifies players who like to float the flop but can be bet off on the turn. That last category has won me a lot of money, because they put in bets preflop and on the flop without any hope of winning (assuming I follow through, which I often do).
