From what I've seen, which isn't everything, there is enough info to improve your game and thus your results if you learn and apply it. That said, too many people think that all it takes to get better is to read and watch stuff by better players. If it were that easy, practically everyone would be much better than they are. It takes thought, analysis, practice and review to improve at the pace you're capable of, and increasingly often as you get beyond basic and then intermediate concepts, you'll have to rinse, lather and repeat before things stick.
