Do you know what is the probability, when I have a starting KK hand that one of the other 8 players has a AA in pré-floppy hand?

Yesterday, the initial position player with 1500 chips wne all in [all the others before him did fold] and the medium positon raised to all in [15.000] and I was with a KK in the big blind and I called with 12.000 chips.

The 1.500 chips had a QQ
The 15.000 chips had a AA
and I, with 12.000 chips had a KK.

Resume, appear only a J and I was busted out of the tournament.

Do you know what is the probability when I have a KK in my starting hand that one of the other 8 has a AA in his starting hand? I want to know the math statistic not considering the 4 Aces in a universe of 52 cards, but the specific stats to ocurr a KK against a AA in the same hand.

Then what would you do? folding your KK after xxx matches holding it because you haven't met AA yet?

I would suggest improving your reading skills is less stressful. Would a super TAG player having nothing re-raise an all-in player? think about it.

If you have KK at 9 handed table chances are little less than 4% that somebody has AA.

It's probably more then most think, but it doesn't mean you don't have to play aggressive with them. Sometimes you can smell the AA post flop, in that case, make the hero-fold.

http://www.sitandgoplanet.com/multitable/mtt_probability/Essential_Pre-Flop_Probability.html this might help you out.

And I don't really believe it's KK vs. AA all the time on pokerstars. People just tent to remember those hands more, because you felt misdealt. Normal psychology also goes for poker. People tend to forget about that and get more frustrated or paranoia. It's your own brain fooling you. No harm intended!

It's 4.32%. It happens from time to time, on to the next hand.

The game is cruel. Yesterday, I was in the door of the final table of bankroll's mob freeroll in the 888 poker. The blinds were 2k/4k. I was with an AA in middle position, I raised to 8k and the buttom re-raised to 20k with 160.000 chips [I was with 65.000]. I re-raised to all in and he called with a QQ and just appeared another Q and I was the 10h place of the tournament.... I with any other hand would simply fold waiting for the final table, but...

Yes, you probably right, but I called his all in because all the time he was going all in and calling with hands like A8, K9 off suited.

Top tier starting hands can get you into trouble, to be sure, even at a live table. I think action packed PRNG's are also to blame. I don't have much faith in the programmers--sorry. I take a strategy that these hands are potential landmines and try to play, accordingly. Of course, if I am bored or tired then all bets are off...
