Id pick a Pro because a loose rookie will call your bluffs with crap hands that r better than urs and will go all in at stupid times to catch cards

I'd rather play a rookie cause in the long run I should come out on top.

I pick rookie, because its straight cards, they are easier to read, they don't get creative about there hands. They don't play aggressive (for the most part unless a kamikaze) You don't have to worry about finding spots to bluff at. Yeah they do catch some stupid hands but for the most of the time you should be able to beat them.

I would rather play a rookie. Yeah they might make a few longshot draws and beat you, but if you play straight up poker and RARELY bluff, you should be very succesful over a short amount of time.

TIP: Do not attempt to bluff players who can be labeled as "callers". Just bet your solid hands into them, and you will get paid off may times.

Against a pro, he would recognize check-raises, play position very well, etc. I would rather win money from a loose 'rookie' than lose it all to a savvy pro who will know all the moves.

rookie

i'd have to say i would rather play a loose rookie, they might beat u a few hands but if u are patient and wait for the big hand u will burn them for a lot of chips.

I'd pick a rookie. A pro will eat you up. Sure you might get away with a few bluffs, but in the long run they will crush you.
It's like they say, play with the fish and stay away from the pros. It's the best way to win money.

I like to play a pro if it was for experience only and I expected to lose any money I put in. Rest of the time bring on the rookie fish [emoji226]

That's like saying would you rather play Michael Jordan or a college baller at 1vs1?

I'll take my chances with the college baller everytime!

Obviously you want to play a rookie. Let's take a different look at it. If I told you to bet who would win a heads up game between myself (rookie) and Negreanu, who would you be putting your money on?

I enjoy playing more with better players than me, but for bankroll building I prefer rookies :).

I would rather play with a new player, because a professional plays well and can quickly figure out you and win all the chips, it would be hard for me to play with the professional and win chips from him

this is the correct answer. If you never want to improve and become great if you dont have any belief you belong at the top play whatever.

Yet the way you will improve always is playing harder competition so give me kidpoker every day of the week!!
