So . If you look through some of my posts your gonna see obvious tilt issues, outrageous questions and thoughts etc . I guess I have used this forum for an outlet for my own personal issues . I intend too change that . AND I apologize .

I typically either cant wait too get home and play (After work typically) . Or just get up in the morning and jump on carbon right away. Not the best way too start a session and im working on it . Im treating something as hard as poker like a video game ....

What are some things you like to do too clear your head for a good poker session ..regardless if you win or lose . Like ...how do you get ready too play .
Do you approach your computer with a theme song in your head ( Ac/Dc works for me ) or are you more ZEN .. Lol just curious . Took a run the other day then played and did pretty good so yah . Was hoping this would be a good talking point so yah .

Sounds like me. I do enjoy getting up with some coffee and playing some short handed. Recently before my sessions I throw my last session into a replayer where I can see every ones hole cards. great way to catch your own leaks and focus on improving on the session you are about to do

I have trouble with this too. All too often /i notice my session start will rather vicious chip bleed because of this, then I spend the next hour clawing my way back positive (I usually do though).

What i really wish existed was a place people could play poker seriously for about 10 minutes before a session without wagering anything. But we all know play money play is anything but serious.

With the absence of that, I put on music, get comfy, and try to take everything real slow. take a couple orbits of being really really tight and just getting accustomed to the table.
