So, ok, I'm playing in the ft freeroll on tuesday, and the second hand goes like this...I'm under the gun with Ah-Kh, so I raise to 3x the big...fold fold reraise to 6x the big...fold fold fold fold fold....I push all in, and I'm called....he's holding JJ and I get nada on the board to lose...right move to go all in there or no?

It wasn't smart for him to call your all-in (after your raise and his re-raise) preflop with JJ, unless he had a feeling for your play. But it was a FR and it was early in the tourney. I'd be tempted to call an all-in with JJ in the first few hands because folks will go all-in with 5-6 and 7-8 regardless of the betting that has gone on before.

If this were late in the tourney, a fold would have been a better move (AKs is 46ish % to win vs JJ, and a dead race against 22 preflop). Early in the tourney (2nd hand), a call to see if you can hit the flop would probably have been the better move, at least in the TAG style.

Strangely, if he had moved all-in instead of reraising you 5xbb, I'd have at least considered calling (again because it was early in the tourney and you're AKs is probably better off than later in the FR).

All you had was a drawing hand. It was a nice drawing hand but still. In a freeroll you can expect to be called in that situation so why not just call the reraise and see what developes.

If it would have been me I don't think I would have pushed all-in, but thats only because I used to be that way and I learned from it. AK is a good hand, but I don't think its good enough to go all-in pre-flop.

I would have tried to see a flop without risking all of my chips on it. You're either going to hit with it, or miss, and move on.

AKs is a great starting hand, but it's a drawing hand. You need to see the flop before going all-in that early in the tournament. Later in the tournament might be another story, depending on the ratio of your chip stack to the blinds. But, that early, see the flop before shoving.
