When is the best time to play preflop and then same for Post Flop ?
Should my cards be the determining factor ?
Can and will this help my play and my trouney life ?
Is there a good way to recognize which way to play ?

Best time to play preflop OBV is when holding a premium starting hand. Although, position/dynamics have a lot to do with it as well.

If you opened the pot preflop, then you should almost always be cbetting the flop(depending on # of opponents that are in the hand).

Your cards should NOT always be the determining factor whether you will play the hand or not. Try playing the opponent, and not your hand.

It's a mix of position, your cards, your opponents and the action before you!!

You can't be predictable and only play premiums because you will only get action when you're likely to be beat!

Try a cold 4 bet bluff now and again a great spot for this is when an active player opens the button a loose passive player calls the small blind and you are sat in the big blind.... An ace blocker is helpful but I wouldn't worry I found and. You use this play sparingly you'll get folds around 70% of the time!
