Not sure why you would want to put all your chips in the middle on the bubble unless you had a real short stack and were worried about making the money. Nothing worse than playing for a few hours for nothing.
You could simply raise. Even if it was for half your stack with the intention of shoving on the flop. It still gives you options. For example, someone calls with AK on a dry board they may fold to your all in. The flop is AAK and you rethink your shove.
When you shove, you take that option away and can lose to a river ace or king.
All in with QQ usually means you are going to be only called by someone that has you in a coin flip at worst, most likely has you crushed.
