Pot odds question

I'm sure that this is probably an obvious one, but I was curious for others' input....When calculating your pot odds, and you are better than 99% sure that the person behind you is going to call a bet, can you count that as part of your pot odds? Or should you only count your bet in relation to the pot NOT including that person calling? (e.g., preflop raise, 3 people see the flop, player 1 checks, player 2 bets, player 3 (you) figures the pot odds are good if player 1 calls (which you are 99% sure he will) and not good if player 1 would fold (which is very unlikely)). Any thoughts?

yes....that is called "implied pot odds". =)
