I feel like an idiot but lately I keep running into video and forum discussions about polarized ranges in certain situations and I don't know what they are. :eek:

Help oh Cardschat gurus.

PS I'm guessing its not a big deal in the micros?

It might be related to adjust your play depending on the kind of table you're facing off....

Tight table, be loose ( increase your hand range )
Loose table, tight up ( lower your hand range )
