Okay I just finished in the money for the $2.20 satellite to the 100K..I unregistered and got the $11 tourny money and wanted to know if I can change this into real money?

Use the money to enter Sit N' go's. Any winnings from there can be withdrawn as cash.

you will get it as T$ which mean you can only use it for mtt and sng

There are two ways. You can sell them to a third party (for less) or you can play any tournament (private tournaments, MTT's, S&G's) and get paid off in $$$ if you win.
