Gentlemen, I have some doubts about this concept since it is quite complex, but I will give an example of what I understand and would you like the option of the gentlemen if I am right or wrong? Example: Suppose I'm on BB holding 72o, all opponents fold until they reach the SB holding their 89s hand. The SB with the intention of stealing the pot increases 3xBB, and I resolve to call, the FLOP turns KT2, the SB resolves to make a continuation bet of 4 × BB with the intention of getting me to drop the hand, I think a little and I resolve to pay. The river comes a T, the SB check showing weakness and I bet 8 × BB, demonstrating that I hit a big hand. The SB thinks and resolves to drop his hand. Gentlemen, I imagine that this is basically this trap, quite effective in the poker world. Good luck at CC tables.

Defending your bet on BB, you did everything right, this is a very common move in the game, I myself often using this strategy.

defending blinds is a good move, and going further with hitting an pair, even it's a small or smallest one is ok. but what you have to think of is which hand would pay and which hand is yours, so even if the SB was just fighting your blind, he could have hit some pair and in any case it would be higher than yours. but not betting would give up the hand and so I think the best move is to raise. when you get reraised you should fold....

It happens that such a strategy works, if the opponent has a weak hand, but if he has a stronger hand than you, he can go to Olin, so there is always a risk.
