I'm finding interest in poker this days, can anyone help me with suggesting some best live or online 1to1 or group training program i can take for tournament poker?

Can you​ guide me with training institutes and how to apply, recently i have been watching YouTube channel of Poker Star PSO.

I'm more familiar with Russian-speaking sites, and you probably will be more comfortable English-speaking. Surely here on the forum will be able to pick up more. And do not forget the link in my post above - there really is a lot of useful.

How do you think, what is the bests site for Poker training. Because i know some good sites were i can raise my skills and make them better. But now i want know what is the best?

Can't beat time at a table. Download a site like America's cardroom and play free rolls. They are always running..

Make an account in 888poker or pokerstars (if US player- ACR or Betonline). Play freeroll and use it for practice, get your feet wet!

Also, get a training software like ace poker drills for flop and position training off the table.
