Poker tracker and Holdem manager help

Hey i was wondering if anyone had a good link that explained what all the numbers and stuff means in these two programs both in game and out of game analaysis.

Also how to use pokerstove to your advantage. do people actually use poekrstove while playing etc. when to use it and stuff like that. The programs that are meant to help me i find difficult to use or how to use them to improve my game.

I doubt anyone uses PStove while playing, since most players who know about PStove also play multiple tables. But it can be great for figuring out if a marginal situation was a call or fold.
