1.
to get Looked Up. You make a bet that your villain thinks may be a bluff...he calls/'looks you up'.

2. Double Barrel. You bet /raised on the flop and were called, then you bet/raise on the turn, (Double barrels fired at the pot). If you get called, and fire at the river then you have triple barreled.
3. To Call Lighter / to Call down lighter. You think villain is playing air, and you have something, but maybe not much. But you really believe you have outs AND villain is bluffing.
4. How to extract Value

Sorry value extraction has no simple description. It is, in many ways, the essence of the game.

But maybe it is any situation where you are pretty dam sure you have the best hand and bet less to get your villain to call believing if you bet more villain will fold.

You can see the first three concepts in practice in the memorable hand between Patrik Antonius and Phil Laak below. PL bets the flop, double barrels the turn, and triple barrels the river. PA calls him down light (with a weak holding) on every street. On the river, PA looks him up, suspecting that he's bluffing.

This clip explains value betting, i.e. betting designed to extract maximum value from your opponent, pretty well:
