Poker Odds and Probability

Hey guys since I have been developing my poker skills over the years and fancy my self a pretty desent Poker player now I really wanted to take some time and learn the odds and probability and how it works does anyone know a site that can explain it to me or what i need to look for... I do not want a calculator i know plently of those have them they work I would just like to understand them so I can be a better live poker player and also really understand how this stuff works and not just play as the odds from a calculator show you. I always have trouble with odds myself. I understand what 4:1 means but I much prefer to deal in percentages.

I guess that's why I like Phil Gordons 4/2 rule for outs as it gives me a simple percentage to base my play from.
