Yes they are... If a queen hit the flop, the fives % will drastically go down. If not five's % will go up.

Yes. The 55 hand was about 70% to win pre flop.

Once the 55 hit the full house on the flop the win percent went to over 95%.

Whoever had the 55 got very unlucky here. A real cooler of a run out.
