Yeah, there are a lot of programs out there that can do that. One such one is Poker Tracker 3.

Poker Tracker and Holdem Manager analyze play statistics.

Pokerstove analyzes poker odds.

There's one here on Cardschat:

You can plug in hands and study odds. It won't track for you but it helps.

Keep in mind that Pokerstove is free! It is what I use for all my post game analysis, although I use HEM to capture the hands.

I never use calculators, I think its better to have the odds and all important circumstances in head.
