4♠4♥ 7♠4♣3♥5♠6♦ 3♦4♦
J♥J♠ J♣3♣3♥3♦3♠ K♣Q♣

This type of cases with me there were many times I had been playing. Still don't understand why you won or lost, the first time it seems that the bug, then look at the history of hands, why the result is not such as was to be = )))) Moreover, the number of cases when you lose in the "brand" win-win situation and won in the "brand" is losing about the same number.

Nothing incredible in the loss of 2 cards need not see, so I think only those who are poorly versed in mathematics, no 1 in a million here, of course not.

For example, on the flop, went Allin both. 45 unknown cards. Pull one of the 2 needed on the turn is the 2 of the 45 is to 4.44%. On the river left 1 card 1 of 44 is of 2.27%. Multiply - turns is 0.10%. Only 1 in 1000. Yes, every night this can happen and it happens...

Or so, if anyone will be clearer 22,5*44=990 hands. The probability of this is 1 to 989.
I gave you the simplest example, so that in fact poker is a game of luck, here's a simple:

It's still math.

Being a situation as rare as getting runner-runner quads, while it only happens 1:989 situations, doesn't mean it doesn't include math.

Well even if the small possibilities happen there is still math and you will win the other 988 hands in the same spot

If poker is a game of luck, then it falls under all laws on gambling. If poker is a game of skill, then laws on gambling should not be applied to the game.

I think poker is a game of luck , and a little bit of everybody , because it doesnt matter that you have the best hand from the table , you must know how to benefit from it ..

You are right the poker sites have rigged the game against you. You should probably quit now.

Seriously statistical analyses that makes those percentages correct are a far larger number of hands than you will experience in your lifetime. Sometimes you lose when you have the best hand. Don't be so egotistical to think they are all out to get you and you alone.

A combination of both, luck and maths. No matter how good you are at counting outs, probabilities etc..it still comes down to luck.

what the **** is math, it's just checking the opponent's hand or resetting your hand if your opponent did not show. so much text about science. (subject)

Math is one component as is luck.

Math is an essential component if you do not know the math you are at a great disadvatage to the field and have almost zero chance of constinently winning. Yes you might luck yourself into winning a few hands it is easy to win with AA but eventually the hot streak runs out. I see it all the time players call when they should raise or fold and fold when they must call.

Can't agree. The luck is so abstract term, it can't be the main part of winning - if so, why not the "luckiest" but just the most skillful players win all the high-class tournaments and suchlike? :)

The whole game of poker can be divided into three parts - it's psychology, math and luck.

Dont luck, poker is a game of risk assessment.
The fact is that you bet/call real money.

If you mean heads up tournament poker then yes it's true. If you are saying a nine man cash game is not math and I'll based then I will just say you don't belong in the poker community and you are desecrating the game with this utter nonsense pseudo-condesending speech.
