Hello! I Vasily I of Moscow. Let's talk on the theme of stress:mad: and nervousness:eek::eek::eek: during the game. It is particularly interesting, as you struggle with rage when you lose? From poker professionals - I ask for advice how to control himself and not become hysterical? Thank you!
Sorry for my English:deal:)) I can speak French.:icon_sant:jd4::jd4::jd4::jd4:

You must consentrate all your patiense and stay calm, as much as you can. To help yourself you must have rest and be in a good condition.

Good question

I have the same problem sometimes when there are prizes in money and i lose with few places... it is patience i think. Patience to stay calm and dont go all in, just play the best cards only to see the preflop. It is a reat ideea to have a lot of water to drink, this make your brain work normal...

if to play on a bankroll and not the small number of games, then losses don't seem awful and are transferred easily. adjust yourself on the fact that the poker is a game not only abilities, but also luck. I when become hysterical - I throw a pillow in a wall over a sofa))---both have released emotions and haven't broken anything))).

When I play, and stronger players go all-in, I even with bad cards also go all-in and lose everything! It infuriates me terribly and I can not cool down ((((Maybe there is some sort of way to keep yourself in the hands?

I'll tell you frankly, but you do not worry. That you have a sign of fish, with which to fight. Offer to find a table, which is painted with what pocket cards you can go all-in and at what position and stick to it, and the result will not keep itself waiting long.
Though of course, there are many cases when you can move in with more bad cards. But poker have 20 % luck!
I previously went all-in with weak cards to strong opponents, or simply to open it with weak cards and always lost. Poker is primarily a work on oneself.
So go for it.

Well, there is one thing that is for sure - the more you play, the less you care about the money. Control what you can control and care about your play prior to going all-in.

If you play well and suffer a bad-beat, oh well. Nothing can be done about that. Be driven by your own skill, not the results. If you play correctly every single time, the times you get sucked out (over a large sample size) will diminish, and you will become a winning player.

NOW, as for stress and constant beat-downs. No one is completely immune to tilt, that's a fact. I would suggest doing sports - perhaps martial arts, some cardio or even weightlifting. Any kind of physical activity that gets your mind off the game is good. Plus, all that internal negative energy gets released.

You need to control what marginal hands you are willing to fold. Patience will reward you.

Sounds like you are acting too quickly, you know you are beat but click anyways... Think through your actions - debate with yourself any close decisions, know the percentages backwards and forwards, and try not to think about just your hand... how does your opponent play and how does your hand match up to that?

If you put in the work away from the table you will be more comfortable in situations as they present themselves. Take note of any time you are unsure and do simulations away from the table afterwards (with odds calculators) to decide what the correct play should be. The more you do this the more complete a player you will become.

Good luck to you! :D

I dont think that anybody likes to lose a big pot in Poker, but you should try to control your rage. When you play online poker, rage as much as you want, the only one who cares are probably your neighbors :) but generally i doubt that you will be successful in poker if you have a choleric character

If we consider the situation where each hand opponent goes all-in and I am forced to fold because I do not dare answer him. It is very unnerving especially at the final table of the tournament. What to do? Wait for the good cards and go all the bank is not seeing the flop?
When I decide to answer his opponent all-in often lose!:Сумасшедший::Сумасшедший::Сумасшедший::Сумасшедший:

Hi, I am not a professional player. And at first it was very hard to lose money and lose. However, it becomes easier with time. Perhaps from the fact that this happens not often now.

I tend to disagree with the above comment, losing money does not become much easier, you can accept it a little more because it does happen, but it can still hurt especially if you have been bad beat, I do agree with other players a break is still the best way to avoid a full on tilt, one last point if you get "hysterical" often ask yourself if poker is the right game for you

You might me a bit by not properly understood. or the translation is not accurate. I have to communicate through an interpreter. My English is bad.
I agree that we need a break to recover nerves games.

But I understood the question wrong. How to cope with the nerves during the game. At a loss, but the game continues. How do I restore myself to continue the game calm.

I hope the translation will reveal exactly my thoughts.

This post reminds me of those players who constantly ask questions of you by check-raising and re-raising. Against these opponents you must contain your composure which isn't easy. They are also more dangerous with big stacks as this allows them to play with a greater range of cards.
