You can easily find many of these by searching on "Texas Holdem Starting Hand Charts". They should only be used as a general guide line since your ranges should constantly be shifting. An appropriate range can only be determined by a number of factors:
1) Number of players
2) Playing style of the other players
3) Cash vs. Tournament
4) Stacks sizes
5) Player skill
You also need to understand the value each hand presents. For example, both AA and TJs can be played from early position but have value for completely different reasons.
