When I play poker online. These poker Bullies target me and come in with these huge raises pre-flop. Sometimes they even push all in. I have called with AA, QQ, KK, 88, JJ, TT, and have been wiped out completely every time. Does anyone know what to do in these situations? I'd really appreciate any advice.

Have a proper bankroll so you can withstand a bad beat. The fact you are focused on these losses shows me you are under rolled. Nothing is 100% preflop. You might be getting it too light calling all ins with 88s and TTs preflop.

At this forum, this topic has already been raised!
Such games, can only be in freerolls.
At the initial stage, pocket pairs rarely play, a lot of opponents go to the all-in with a dead hand, and then catch some combination.
In the middle and late stage of the freeroll, you can already be exhibited with pocket pairs.

Hi jcrockoo7 and welcome to Cardschat. I seem to be missing a lot of new member's introduction, so I have to do it this way.

I don't see what games you are playing when this is happening. Are they freerolls? If so, we all have been there, and all of us have been mad as hell because those players do that in order to build a good stack early to try and get into the money. But guess what? Many of those players will continue to play the same way and get busted in the middle, and others will play scared and the blinds will be the death of their stack. As for you, tighten up in the early, only playing the best hands, which 88 TT or JJ are not the best of hands for an all in pre-flop. This is only my opinion and the way I play, but I see many good players who can play the lower pairs and win. Just ask some more questions, and you will see. GL to you

Pre flop? With premium hands like AA and KK keep calling em! You want these silly all in shoves. Yeah you lose some and will keep losing some. But you'll also win some.

What limits are you playing and is this referring to cash, mtt or tournament play.

Two thoughts : first , if you really are losing every time quit the game forever. My guess is that it just seems that way ;second, i doubt these 'poker bullies ' are really targeting you, it just seems that way . Almost every tournament , cash or freeroll , online or live , will have some aggressive players .A few will get really lucky and have their style reinforced , at least until the luck runs out . Most cash games with buyins less than 10 dollars have a few allout gamblers per table as well .

It's not very clear what exactly you are playing - cache, SnG, tournaments, freerolls ... In different cases for such a game there can be different reasons.

My advice is put tags on these players. This will allow you to avoid losses with insufficiently strong hands, when entering the sweat from an early position you get a huge raise or push, and forced to fold. But you must continue to take such pushes with a ready hand type AA, KK & QQ only.

If you are playing hands like AA, KK, QQ and not getting good results it could be a good time to review your hands and see why. In the short term you could lose a few hands, but usually if this extends you may be misplaying your hands.

Hand that is winning preflop and lose the hand. I remember how tight those games at .50-1 were. I think you should review your hands during a session and see where your leaks were in game. Not to be critical but it sounds like you need to work a lot more on the mental of the game if you want to become a winning player. Stop worrying about results and focus more on making good decisions. Good luck on the felt.

I have found that a lot of players that are much deeper stacked than I am, come into the online poker cash games and sit on my left. They 3-4x bet me and even shove with nothing. Does this mean that I am playing too high of a level and need a bigger bankroll?

get the money in and hope you 60%-93% hold vs one bad player , also you will not see this if it a bigger buyin very often , but you will see it alot in rebuy tourneys because people are trying to build a stack to take shots at people and get a head of the pack . there are some rebuy tourneys you buy in for 1 $ but then min cash is like 9$ because of this formula and add on
