For a first book I would start with Phil Gordon's little green book. It's an easy read with easy to apply concepts for a beginning player. I would then move to the Harrington on Hold-em series. Some argue that his style of play is out of date but newer players would benefit from his tight style of play until they learn the game and the books are great at getting you to look at all the action involved in a hand.

Thanks for your recommendations, I'm reading Phil's book now. You're right. This is good for beginners to apply, texts are simple to understand, after that i will move to Harrington's books, do you use any tool? Like pokerstove or Hud!?

I would recommend The Course by Ed Miller. It's written for 1-2NL but there's a ton so good stuff in there. His Skill #1 has drastically improved my game. It's hard to believe that is not how I played pre-flop prior to reading this.

I recommend you to read Professional No-Limit Hold 'em (Ed Miller) although it is focused on cash game, it gives you general poker concepts.
You could start by reading also the manuals of J. Carreño (is in Spanish), it will give you a good introduction.
I also would recommend to join an online poker school, you will learn a lot about poker and they will also help you build your banckroll. You can learn a lot by reading in the CC forum, as well as get good feedback regarding your hands or any questions you may have.
Related to tools you should have, I recommend an equity software (equilab for example, to manage with ranges and equity) and odds calculators, that cards chats has a very good on the page (both tools are free).
Later when you have more knowledge of poker, you could buy a software to know the stats of other players at the tables.
good luck!:)
