What are the most common mistakes novice in the game of poker?

I think it is a common mistake:
1. The game of many hands before the flop
2. Zero strategy
3. The knowledge and bankroll
4. The lack of aggression in the game

Lack of agression and too many starting hands. Most people actually never master these two lessons.

My main mistake is knowing what villain possibly has to beat me and still calling his river bet hoping I am wrong and he is bluffing.

imo by far the most common mistake by new players is playing way too many hands and playing them passively.

A lot of new players make mistakes with board texture when they play their PP like 22 on a flush river or straight river.

I would say for me is thinking my opponent is bluffing or is playing too lose when he has nuts. I get ****y when I'm doing really well in a tournament.

A new player should play ABC poker and protect their stack as much as possible. One problem I see is that when they make a hand they don't know how to extract maximum value. That's what should be worked on.

The main problems of the beginners (this is just my opinion) :
1)Lack of the aggretion
2)Playing too many hands
3)Don't count odds and make non-profitable calls
4)Shove on preflop

Hi! I think that a good way to get rid of mistakes is to use training software. Try to use leak buster. It analyzes your game, shows your mistakes and help to prevent them in future.

I see a lot of players ignore pot odds to chase draws, then compound that by chasing the second nuts (trying to hit a straight when there are 3 of a suit or more, or a pair on the board).

Also, playing every hand in a vacuum and never looking beyond their own two cards. If the villain has played one hand in the last two hours, and he 3-bets you after you raise with KJ, he's not going to fold to a 4-bet and you're going to have one live card at best.

try to only play with premium hand like AA,KK,QQ,JJ( TRY TO PUT AROUND 20 TO 30% OF YOUR STACK AFTER THAT ACCORDING TO BOARD.)
and AK,AQ,AJ,KQ,KJ,QJ,J10 PUT 3BET PREFLOP AND AFTER THAT SAME AS ABOVE.
LAST AND NOT THE LEAST Ax, to suited connecter or connecter.(56, 5h6h,etc) these hand are most speculative hands so play with caution don't try to put all your chip preflop try to see flop after that same as above.

Beginners are usually playing a wide range of cards, and with time they should reduce the range of cards when entering a flop. Also they should recognize others player act during time.Ofcourse its not easy but with time we are all learning and becoming more experienced with each hand we play
