How do you prefer to play Pocket Ace's. Going all in to avoid any potential suck outs or do you like to take a risk and slow play

Your question is too general to give a good answer to. There are too many things that have to be factored in. Is it a tournament or a cash game?

If a tournament it totally depends on the table and my position at the table. I also consider any reads I have on opponents left to act. I very very rarely slow play them if ever though.

for lower stakes id go all in,atleast one or two fish will call you,but if its higher stakes i would make a pretty big raise even more if im in the button, sometimes its better to win blinds than to loose in the river

i prefer to all in because some of my games having a pocket of A's was suck out,
eliminate the weak hands beacause in flop, it gives an oppotunity to low hands oppening for a straight or flush draw.

Totally agree with Dakota....it's all about the people left to play and what kind of read you have...if you do see a flop just be prepared to release. Nothing worse than not being able to let go of AA when you dang well know there's a strt or a flush on the board....

yeah it depends on my table, usually i will make a raise but not too big cuz i want to get action from people with hands like KQ or QT on a K or Q high board when they think im trying to steal the pot.

I prefer aggressive playing and minimizing the players behind me if I am in early position. In late position I am more likely to flat call a raiser or the blind, but still not likely. Pre flop aggressiveness build a pot, and if someone catches a piece of something good after calling a healthy raise preflop, the equity over the long term for your pocket aces will be higher than slow playing and risking getting sucked out on, IMO. Feel free to comment.
Side Note: Table image is a big factor as well, if the players know you are a rock, then that could throw them off and they will know you have a monster, but if you have an aggressive table image, pocket aces can do you wonders.

as an above poster mentioned it makes a difference in cash and tournament play

I never slow play aces, i'll always reraise a raiser, had them busted up too many times letting people catch a cheap flop. if your opponent wants to see a flop he'll call just about anything. Also, it is nice to see a flop, if you preflop reraised the guy who has raised AK and he called to see it and it comes down KK4 you can give it up if you're smart enough :)

Raise, reraise, shove pre flop if possible. Limp backraise vs aggro-monkey, again hope to get all in pre flop. Flop: carefully aggressive unless I am already committed to going all in then "see pre flop"plan.
