PLO8 Best Instructional Video

Does anyone have any links to a good free PLO8 instructional video?

I have been trying to learn but it can get expensive. I am trying to shorten the learning curve.

I have recently been working on studying to improve my game. I have heard several references to GTO aka Game Theory Optimal.

Can any one recommend a good place to start exploring this approach to poker?

The only video training videos for Omaha 8 or better is at Upswing, but its for limit though. Also Red Chip might have a coach I think his name is Greg Vale he was on there podcast other than thats it.
