First i need to say is that im absolute begginer to the game, played play money few years ago and that was it, started playing poker again when fulltilt get reactivated, i started playing freerolls nl holdem everyday, and 9 pl .50$ sng, been relatively successful with sng most times been in top 3, few times i even finished 1st. My strategy was only to play big hands and be patient and i cant say that it didnt work there

After that i started reading books, watching wpt final tables, started playing more hands, be more aggressive, at the beginning it worked on mtt freerolls because i went closer and closer to the money, once i hit like 1,3$ :D but last few days i simply cant play any hand right, on those 9pl sng i get knocked 6st, 7ts and so, what is even worse is that all get mixed in my head, i dont even know how to play a hand and everything that i do turns out to be wrong now...

is this happens to the beginners? I feel like i know a lot more about game and everything but it just not showing...

Help please...

Its part of learning the game, happens to everyone, even experienced players. The difference is, experienced players know how to recognize it quicker and return to form.

The key is to not let it affect your game. Your trying new strategies which is great, but get back to what was winning. Tighten up and play quality hands. At the stakes you are playing, straight forward poker is the best route. "Crafty" poker rarely works at lower stages and will result in losses more than wins.

Keep plugging away at freerolls - I think this is by far the best way to learn the game. Once you are regularly placing in these, your game is at the point where the small SNG's and 2NL can be beaten.

I am tilted also. I had been playing great lately, but yesterday I just could not hit anything at all. I only play freerolls so I am not too bothered about it. I will laugh it off and play even tighter and not shove as much as I normally do.

If I were you just keep grinding the freerolls your luck has to change and when it does you will start to feel positive about how you are playing again. Don't go into a cash game with a negative attitude it will ruin your game.

I am also a beginner and went through a similar thing. I'd read and seen some "nice little crafty plays" and decided I was going to use them. Problem was that I was so focused on playing crafty I forgot to play the solid part of my game...

Luckily I realized this and decided I was getting too far ahead of myself - I think what "rw11687" said is right - go back to what you know and then build it up slower...

You will find at the micro's they will not fold pairs or draw's so just play tight and be aggressive when you have prime hands.
