How would you play this hand??/
IM BB,three players call(the player to my left,sb,and the player on the right of sb)Everybody limps so I check with 47 off on the BB.

Flop comes 4h,Ac,7c

Player to my left checks
Player next to small blind, who i have see play many weak aces so far,Bets the pot which is prolly 450.
Sb folds.

What would u do from this point???Reraise ,flat call ,or fold

I would be more afraid of the flush draw than the weak A, but if you have seen him play it before then I would reraise. From what you are saying the pot would now be 900, so I would raise to somewhere around 1250 so that he would be getting less than 2:1 pot odds to call.

stack sizes? Blinds? Cash or tourney?

Read the sticky on how to post HA threads and you'll get a better response.

In general we should be raising here, but the info above is pretty important.

id say go all in if u go all in and the 1st person who checked has a flush draw, but a weak one might just fold thinking hes beat, or he might not even hit it. and like u said if he had a rag then your good unless his a rag or board pairs higher which is all a miniimal chance

If you have seen him go after a pot with a weak Ace, then he probably is doing it again. Re-Raise.

Now as someone else said, we need more info.

Good Luck out there

More info
Please

Tourney I would assume, if it was $900 in the pot after he bet.
Chip Stack?
How high up in the Tourney?

If these points are not relevant then I would re-raise.

just call

Well, I would just call in that position, being that i want to see the
next card and how he bets. So, we all know that most of the time heads
up after the turn if we have AcesUp, then we wouldnt make such a ridiculous bet right. We want to get some value out of them. So i can just go by his betting patters which you should already know anyways if youve been sitting at the table a while with this player. If this player makes a rather ridiculous bet, then i would presume him to only have an ace to my 2pr and the same for the river. Depending on his stack and how much is in the pot, etc.. If he moves all in on the river, depending on what hit, KQj He would of probably raised before the flop, so i would presume i had him beat with my 2pr.

I hope this helps you out and GL on the tables

IT ALSO MATTERS HOW HE IS PLAYING, Tight or Agressive. That will tell you alot also.

I agree we are missing some vital info. My tendency is to put in a healthy raise or maybe push here, but that depends greatly on the other variables.

Just because you saw him play weak aces doesnt mean he PROBABLY has
them. You have two pairs, and even if the guy did limp in with ace
and a small card, the small card is probably another one since you already
have 2 of the ones that are on the board already. Now you sayed that youu
were on bb but in the text you say that the dude is next to the sb and he
plays right after him? Please clarify. What i would do in that position though
would either be raise or call, depending on how the guy played previous
hands.

Raise him!
It has to be a big raise that does not give him the right outs to call.
If he does call anyway he makes a mistake. That´s what you want!
If he hits one of his outs it is bad luck. Happens many times. But you played the right way!

id reraise and jsut be happy that you hit and try to get him out of the pot, because if he hits nething with his ace your going to be mad so before that happens get him out of the pot.

id bet you wanna get value out of your hand, and if you no your not going to fold it you really should bet and not let the other person catch a better hand thatll beat you which you let him get by checking

Man, it is very unlikely that this guy has two pairs as well. If he plays
weak aces a lot, then you can't deny that he is a loose player, and that
he raises a lot with aces too, cause i mean if he goes in with weak aces
its because he knows that if he catches the ace, he will eventually raise
if no one else does. Now, even if these were a weak aces, the odds of him
having one of your cards is very unlikely cause there are less of those
left in the deck ( ONLY 4 OF THEM!) and there are so many others left.
I would sujest you reraise him right here so that he doesnt possibly
catch in the latter part of the game.
