Play with figures + Limp 22+ and call to raise 3x, Call in position AQ, AJ, AT, KT, QJ, QT, etc.

How to improve this strategy?

I think calling with AT, KT, QJ, QT in most sngs at most blind levels is a mistake. It depends on the villans, stack depth, and type of sng, but most of the time you should be either raising or folding those hands.

This is a poor strategy.

I'd start with learning basic strategy with picking up a poker book.

Jonathan Little's "Excelling at No-Limit Holdem" is good place to start!
