What types of cards are recommended to participate in betting when you are out of position?

Traditionally really strong hands. Of course, it depends on the style you are playing, your opponents, etc. But usually people bet with a pocket 9s or higher and a combination of a T + a card higher than T. In my opinion, betting out of position with QQ, KK, AA or AK should be done in most of the cases.

U want to be playing a stronger range when U're out of position , closer u are tithe sb/bb the stronger ur hands should be when u join a pot, this ofcourse is without considering ur opponents, table image, etc

I like to play out of position and go play with different cards and play risky especially at tournaments that increases the chances of winning.

The cc guide above is has fewer hands and the uas/acr list.
Typical advice: start with a small range, expand when you are able to win more.
