So far this thread has avoided the question.
Is there any difference between playing 3 $1 tables or 1 $3 table?
Like everyone else here I like to play 2 or 3 tables to be able to follow all the action whilst avoiding the boredom.
I guess multiple tables spreads the variance, so all the eggs aren't in one basket.
But over the long term 30 days a month, would 90 $1 tables show any difference to 30 $3 tables?
Supposedly higher stakes should have better players as opponents,
but there are also a lot of rich fish out for higher adrenalin thrills.
Massively multitabling certainly isn't for everyone and I think loses some of the information that can be gained from following how opponents are playing. Even HUDS don't fully compensate for that loss. Similarly Stacking or Cascading lose the visibility of Tiling tables.
In general ability, comfort and concentration would influence the best way for an individual to utilize their bankroll.
