When you sit in this chair, you are playing from a late position and you glean a whole load of information from the other players acting before you. If three or more players open, but not raise your starting hand is your usual critical one. If there is a raise value as usual. If everybody folds and you are first to act you need to value your hand accordingly. If you have been paying attention, you should know what type of hands the two blinds will play with, and bet to suit. Don't be afraid to throw a big bluff now and again

good advice. i like to limp with big hand if i can get it to showdown so when i do raise i can raise with any two
