I found that the best way to play at this tournaments in my opinion is to wait for range 1 and 2 hands and go all in pre-flop in the early game, and try to limp with speculative hands to try to flop a.monster with it,then go all in.

Of course you can do that but in my opinion always moving all-in is not an appropriate poker behavior. Even if you have category 1 or 2 hands you have not the guarantee to win this round and especially in freerolls it is rather more unsure because a lot of people move all-in with 72 or whatever and hit a set or two pair and you are out. So why should I take that risk? In freerolls it is better to play really conservatively. You have to be very patient and you should not spend to many blinds in "just watching the flop" because you will need it in later stages.

What if this 1 or 2 hands will never come to you ??? Or they'll come but you go all in and everyone folds ??

I was trying to play like that and I was losing all the time ( I didn't cash in any of these freerolls I was playing this way)

Well clearly the all in move is not an appropriate poker behavior but i think this Count more live...for the online poker i think this move ITS like a Signature :))...its the most used move in online poker... I do it too but only with monster cards...its something normal to go all in when u play online but the best is not to rely On this move...mix it with playing normal...i usualy win moare playing normal than going all in
