You call or check and the player on your left always raises or goes all in, ( and most of the time gets lucky ) how do you play a player like that?

I wait for a hand and I raise and if he jams on me I will call. Don't limp be aggressive.

I usually hope I don't get shuffled to another table before I can take some or all of opponents chips.

I will wait for a hand that I'll feel comfortable making a 3-bet/4-bet or all-in with.

You have to get use to this type of player and learn how to beat them, you will run into them often.
I have been there, trying to steal blinds and the player to my immediate left is raising or pushing all-in, making it extremely difficult to change gears or set-mine baby pairs.

Trap. Hide under a rock like a scorpion and then strike. Take all the aggressors chips.

I usually gamble right back with them after feeling them out. I will min raise to induce a reraise and than snap all in. You have to keep in mind that if you are playing lower stakes this aggressor will call your all in every time. Its like an automatic snap call with any 2. SO make sure that if you try this technique, you have a fold in your arsenal of options after he re raises you. You can then play the passive fish against him and trap him with a huge hand later on. It's all about playing off your image to his aggression level. Hand him a rope and let him do the dirty work for you.

Depends on the hand you have when you want to be aggressive against the player on your left. When you want to be aggressive, you have to have a decent hand to pay and an all-in if the opponent on the left will ask for it.

It's very awkward if you're in the tournament phase when you have to react. It's good if there's time to wait for a good hand.Otherwise I do not like such a position when someone pushes me so hard.

I expect a better moment, a monster card and in the right position it will always fall.

I try to play quality hands against a player like that . Just pick your spots you will pick him off . Luck only takes players like that so far . They're usually never there at the end.

You can do a few things, tighten your range, value own them when you hit, and balance your range.

Now, I've changed my style somewhat, if I have a good hand I'm going to the raise table. Then you can appreciate the enemy's hand, and get a good pay for your good hand. Then, if the cards did not get on the flop, if the racer raised the raise, I will drop it, if the opponent checked, I raise the same amount as in the preflop.

you have so many didferent aggro styles , try to understand all and find the best way to adapt vs them its a bit like rock papaer scissor

also often try to not forget the table dynamics as a whole
