Play from the blinds

I have a lot of problems playing from BB and SB. Can you give me any tips on how to improve in this area?
My general mistakes are:
- calling too much with low pairs.
- calling too much with SC(suited connectors).
- not gettin enough value when i flop big.

If the initial bet is coming from late position, raise rather than call with your pocket pairs. In fact, you should raise with your small pairs once in a while regardless of where the initial bet came from.

You should also occasionally raise with any two cards if you see the same player making what appears to be repeated steal attempts.

Suited connectors - out of position you are often better off folding if you aren't going to raise with them to try to win the hand preflop. If you are in a multi-way pot, the odds might dictate that you call and try to connect with the flop.

Over time, you don't have much expected value playing from the blinds. Because of that, I don't get too worked up over losing them - it's just the cost of doing business. I just look for opportunities like I've described above to get a little bit back once in a while.

If you feel like they're stealing you can always call and try to connect or perhaps float their c-bet on the flop and take it away on scary turn cards. But it all depends on how deep you are and what the dynamic is at the table. If people are stealing a lot be willing to 3-bet and call more often. However if that's not happening you should play a little tighter even from the blinds.

u make good calls but u dont know with who u play i think anyway i guess u play zoom or rush yes? thats calls are bad then

You call if you have good cards or fold if someone race because he has very good cards than you... if you have connectors (8 9-6 7-9 10) its allright you can go if there are not a big race from another player...
