Question is too general for a specific answer, but, patience is good.

Well this can happen if you use google to post on english, used to have same problem while using it to post on english forums... I didnt quite understand what was your question but i guess that after some good hands you get yourself into some bad calls and lost a lot. There will be times when you'll get trash hands one after another and playing them just because you cant get any better is a wrong reason, now im not talking to times when you become shortstack and need to widen up your range. You had big stack, blinds not the problem so muck anything that is not worth playing is much better than play anything just to get involve in the pot. So as you said patience, fold, fold all the way before you get hand that is worth playing, if you get bored during that time, try watching other players play, maybe they made mistakes maybe they call with mot premium hands, learn their habits. One man here told me, if you are bored between hands in poker, you're doing something wrong... So focus on the table, not just on hand you play, on all hands... Let us know how this worked for you, and GL at the tables

Patience is a must in poker. I made a comment a while back on the EPT where a lot of people were saying what's the password over and over again. My tweet was "people who keeps asking for the password are showing they have no patience, and patience is a must in poker"

I got a good response for that from the commentators on there :D

If you are big stack and you are getting trash hands, throw them away, you don't want to waste your chips and efforts to get those chips in the first place just to play trash hands.

The only times I will think of playing trash hands is when I am on the BB and get to check to see the flop.

Patience comes with experience, it is very hard to be instantly patient when you start playing poker. I myself have had many troubles with patience in the beginning, but trial and error have shown me that it pays off. Again, experience is key.

I second this. The more I search for new ways to improve my game in poker the more I understand that you really have to pay attention to the actions of the other players. Even if you are lucky and get premium hands often they won't always hold up especially in a family pot.

Sometimes I don't notice what is happening on the table, I get easily distracted. Like I did yesterday while watching ENG vs SCO I took my eyes away from the table for a few mins and when I did notice this I looked back and seen I had JJ I was just about to raise but the hand got folded and I was sitting out :(

I felt like slapping myself, QQ was on the flop and I can't remember what else, but at showdown I would of won :( That will teach me a lesson. At least I did get paid in that event :D

I have the same problem a lot of times, and what sucks is when you get those strong hands (AQ, JJ, A10 suited...) and you lose to a trash hand but you got to learn to let it go and like must the players here mentioned PATIENCE is one o the most important things for poker!

You really need to watch the hands youre not in. Take notes on how others play in certain situations. Good luck.
