That many people I would fold. Against three others you almost always will have to hit a set. Even then you may run into AA or KK and lose set over set

I think most of the time you'll run in to AK's and lower pairs, but, there's always the chance of them hitting their set!!! TBH I now dodge All-In as much as I can without seeing a flop and how people play off that. I've even folded a couple of bullets recently. Once was a good decision (5 in hand - the fish with 79o hits his straight!!!!  ), the other time was a bad decision (2nd hand of PSO Premier League Qualifier 6 in hand - the guy with TT gets his set on flop, A obviously comes on river  ).

I'm never folding QQ even if there are 3 players all in. I'm going down fighting no matter if I win or lose.

I think with the QQ before going to all have to look at the behavior of other players ...

Snap fold.

Even if you have the best of the 4 hands pre-flop, its highly unlikey your QQ will hold up against 3 hands.

In most situation I would call.
It's more than 50% chance you lose, but if you win you have a really big stack.

In most of the situations this is an easy call. If 1 villain goes all in and loose aggressive players call the all in then it is an easy call. With at least a couple of K/A in your opponents range you are quite ahead in a 4 way pot.
If the opponents are tight aggro, and they 4bet or 5bet all in, you can think to fold depending on the tournament stage. Both fold and calling here would be ok to play but your opponent will be having AA or KK most of the times. If you are near the bubble, folding would be profitable.

So many ways to view this one. I'm assuming 20 BB after you call? if 20 now, how many left if you do call. Personally, the way the players have played previously makes a significant difference to me. Are there any possible callers after you? with 3 All-ins chances are they have blocked each others cards i.e. a lot of aces and kings already out there so not likely to hit. If the short stacks are pushing probably low pockets. If coming up to or at the bubble then a certain fold. Could make you if you take the hero call. If the tourney doesn't mean much to you then i would call. Its a tough one though.

What were the stack sizes of the players that went all in ? In the past I used to call these all ins without hesitation and second thoughts . But now I take into consideration a lot of facts when playing QQ ,JJ . Three players are too many to enter . What was the buy in of the tournament ? Are the other players tight aggressive, passive or what ,so as to know what are the possibilities to fall into a AA or KK ?

It's going to depend on the circumstances as well the players and what I've already seen from them. I was playing a game the other day, where a player had limped in front of me from EP. I raised to 4x with jacks from middle position. The button shoved. I was going to call. But when the player in front of me called, I decided to fold. The player in front of me turned over A-9 and the player that shoved from the button turned over A-7. I was a little pissed at having folded jacks to two ace-rag hands. But now I had an idea of what kind of hands they were willing to go all-in with. Later, I put that knowledge to use, taking one of them out when he shoved on me with a weak ace against my A-Q. A little while later the other shoved all-in with a pair of sixes and I took him out with a pair of 10s. I'm not sure I would have made either of those calls had I not already seen examples of their play when I laid my jacks down to them.
