I'm still a bit confused over how the best low hands for Omaha hi/lo stack up. I know A2345 is the best, but how does it go from there?

Is A2346 the next best and A2347 after that? Is A3456 better than 23456?

If someone could list the top 10 or 20 low hands in order I think I'll get it then.

I believe it starts with the highest card and goes down if each card is the same until one card is different. For example A-2-3-4-8 would lose to 3-4-5-6-7. 8-7-6-5-A loses to 8-7-6-4-3. Hope this helps.

So top hands would be something like this, "probably missed a few combinations in there but you should get the idea"
A-2-3-4-5
A-2-3-4-6
A-2-3-5-6
A-3-4-5-6
2-3-4-5-6
A-2-3-4-7
2-3-4-5-7

It is easiest to compare hands by starting at the top and working down. When the hands finally differ, the hand with the lower card at that stage wins. so in your example A3456 vs 23456, it is easier to see which is better by thinking of the hands as 65432 vs 6543A. they are the same until the fifth card where the A is lower than the 2. Hope this helps.

The one with the highest 'Lo' card loses.

If you both have the same highest 'lo' card , winner is decided by the next lowest 'lo' card.

eg 8752A beats 8762A

Or you can add up the face values starting at the high end, as soon as someone has less than you , you lose.

I would suggest that you go onto FT or PS and read their game guides. They are both pretty good and explain the games and the hands very well.
