Omaha learning help

Where can a person get some help on getting better at Omaha? I have a decent understanding of the game and can win hands, but I am horrendous on betting and hand selection. A little help would be well appreciated.

I will look for the book. I have so few people in the area I know right now, that getting a study group together is impossible.
