So im playing on pokerstars Limit Omaha hi/lo room.
Villain wins Hi, he had better hand. However im curious about the Lo hand. Either i dont know all there is to know about Omaha Hi Lo and i lost fair and square or .....well i guess thats it?

River came to 6, 7, 4, 9, 2
Villain had 3, 5, 3, 4
I had Q, 2, 2, A

So i would have had 7,6,4,2,A
Villain won Lo with 6,5,4,3,2

Is this correct? Because it seems incorrect to me

It is correct. You have a 7, they have a 6.

Yes, your low hand is 7 high, his is 6, you start with highest and work in. Not sure if that is what you are asking or are you saying what your lows are seems incorrect? Though all is correct there, he wins lo with 6 high

It is correct, see below definition and CC article on O8 might be useful for you.

"Low hands are specifically ranked by taking the highest card in the low first and working backwards, with the player who shows the first lower card than his opponent(s) taking the low"

The way I learned it (a long time ago) is to think of it as a number - 65432 is lower than 76421... So the best possible low on the 67492 board is A3 or 64321.

Practice identifying what the best low is whenever there are three low cards on the board and it will become second nature eventually.

On this hand you flopped the 'nut low' but you had all the risk on the hand since you could not win the high side of the pot and you could lose the low when you get counterfeited (an ace or deuce devalues your low).

So essentially you got free-rolled in this hand - this is an important concept in O8 which I would suggest you learn well if you decide to play more.

In general play hands aggressively when you can win the whole pot and carefully when you cannot.

Good luck!

I would think that Villain would of won the high because he had a straight.

And you would of win low because you would of had 7 low.

Maybe that help you

It is good to learn something new every day. Your highest of 5 cards is 7, which is not lower than opponents 5th highest card, a 6.
