Silver Level
Hello all, me again.
I am looking for some asistance/ideas etc with regards to how to go about doing off the feltz work with analyzing my play in PT4, I'm sure I have leaks and although I am doing well at my current limit (3.5$ stt's) I think "working on my game" is somewhat of a leak in its own.
I prefer to sit and grind and have never really taken time to review my game through analyzing all of the lovely information stored in PT4. Essentially I'm wondering what specifically to go about this with, what kinds of things do you all look for when your reviewing your data?
I am thinking of probably doing a hand filter to have a look at hands where I have folded on the turn to see if perhaps I am floating in spots I shouldn't be. Also thinking of running a filter of hands I have lost on the river having called a bet, etc. Just thinking of things like this.
Essentially because I have never looked to do this kind of work on my game I somewhat am not sure where to start and I would appreciated any feedback that can be provided. I know I am grinding stt's and its a little different than cash games etc but in essence a hand is a hand and I know the cash grinders all do lots of work on analyzing their hands themselves and posting in their threads for feedback etc. I would like to start doing the same but am sure I could use some assistance in getting started.
I have noticed some things just from playing itself with mistakes I repeated a couple of times that seemed to be getting me in trouble, and have tightened up my game some as well. Just this alone seems to be paying off, but am sure there are going to be more spots and such as I move up the limits and so I want to get a start on learning how to properly do off table work and analysis now before not having done so gets expensive.
Thanks for any and all info you can provide, no matter how small a point it might seem that you could contribute anything and everything is appreciated for a noob game analalyzer
